Uranus enters Gemini on July 7, triggering one of the most important astrological configurations in recent history. Uranus is the planet of instant liberation. As he enters Gemini, he trines transformational Pluto in Aquarius and sextiles the Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Aries. Now, all of the outer planets are in dynamic conversation, forming what I’m calling the triangle of revolution. This is the heart of 2025’s seismic shift.

The last time Uranus moved through Gemini was from 1941 to 1949, during and after World War II. The planet of disruption moved through the sign of media and information during a time of mass propaganda, the birth of computers, and the rise of global communication networks like radio and television. We are once again entering an inflection point—one that redefines knowledge, power, and the technologies that shape human consciousness.

Uranus represents revolution, sudden change, and radical awakening. In Gemini, sign of communication, we’re entering a seven-year cycle of rebellion, chaos, and visionary innovation.

With both Uranus and Pluto in air signs—and Uranus ruling Aquarius, sign of futurism and utopia—the planets are sparking cultural revolution, grassroots mobilization, and the empowerment of fresh voices. Through its sextile to Saturn and Neptune, Uranus is rapidly reshaping the fabric of humanity. We are now fully in the Air Age—where collaboration and novel ideas become our most potent tools for liberation. Nothing will stay the same. This configuration marks a complete reinvention of society, politics, education, language, and consciousness.

Fighting and upheaval are inevitable—especially with Aries, sign of war and courage, so activated. This is a battle over the future. But in the background, Jupiter in Cancer reminds us that compassion is our guide. This is not the time for fascism, technocracy, or domination. It’s a time for people to rise, help each other, and reclaim power through care, community, and truth.

We are learning to live and work in entirely new ways. As structures of control begin to crumble, we can remember that all lives are sacred, that all hearts are basically good, and that healing sparks the real revolution. Rather than fearing the electric jolts of change, we can learn to embrace them, and to meet this moment with fearless determination. With vigilance, we can keep our minds clear and our hearts soft as we offer them to this fight for a better world.
