October 10, 2026 — A New Moon forms in relational Libra on Saturday while Venus, her ruler, is retrograde in Scorpio and squaring Mars. With a wide opposition to Saturn, this lunation is requiring commitment and integrity as we continue ongoing reflections on love, resources, finances, sexuality, and desire. These themes are now amplified and ready for investigation and eventual recalibration.

Venus retrograde is pulling us into the shadows to face lingering, unconscious issues. It could feel like walking into a dimly lit room as we confront hidden layers of our psyches and relationships, which are now coming to light. While the process is uncomfortable, the truths and insights that arise will serve us long-term, helping us find eventual resolution.

Passion and conflict might arise as tension brings alchemy. Venus is retrograde until November 13, while Mercury joins in retrograde October 24. We are not meant to push for conclusions yet, especially in our relationships. We can just step back and observe, allowing rich feelings to surface like slow-moving lava.

We'll be on brighter, faster trajectories by mid-December. For now, it's time to surrender to the transformation at hand, understanding that auspicious events are about to shift our whole story. We can feel curious and courageous rather than fearful or resistant. This way, we'll allow the planets to work with us gracefully. They're leading us to the underworld so we can emerge freer, more joyful, and more whole.
