June 19, 2026 — On Friday, Chiron crosses into Taurus for the first time in approximately fifty years, beginning a transit that remains well into the next decade. This is not a fleeting influence. What do we actually believe we deserve? We are ready to feel we are worthy of what we want to manifest on every level, and to live it in our bones.

Chiron is the Wounded Healer, who extracts our deepest vulnerabilities for the sake of healing. In Taurus, the wounds he surfaces are around the belief that we must earn the right to be loved, that our body is a problem to manage, that abundance is something that happens to other people, and that the earth is here for our taking and somehow separate from us. We are now learning how to live from a more embodied place, more deeply connected to our physicality and to our precious earth. We are learning how we can all experience abundance collectively, rather than only a few thriving at the expense of others, or at the expense of the environment.

It helps to understand what Chiron has just completed. For seven years he has moved through Aries—healing our wounds around the masculine, anger, identity, and impulsive drives. As Chiron enters Taurus, the rawness he surfaces becomes the terrain that he is now equipped to tend to. In a society that has told us we are not enough so that we will consume more, we have much to heal. The wounding ignited is not for the sake of pain, but for the sake of healing. We are ready to stand in our worth and anchor into our own selves and to the ground beneath us rather than vying for external validation.

Our dependence on fossil fuels, the belief that we are inadequate just because we breathe, the overcomplicated ways we’ve come to live, and the systems we’ve come to rely on that harm fellow humans, the earth, and her creatures, are all ready to reveal the pain of their karma. It’s time to embrace that pain and acknowledge it so we can finally understand what needs our loving attention. This pain will reveal our path toward great repair.

As Chiron enters Taurus, may we find our way back to our bodies and to the love of our beautiful planet and her inhabitants. May we discover that worth, at its root, requires no proof. We are enough just because we breathe.
