August 9, 2025 — The Aquarius Full Moon arrives amidst a rare Grand Kite formation, urging us to step back and reflect on the bigger picture. With Mars opposing Saturn and Neptune, we may feel fatigue, confusion, or frustration as our paths forward remain hazy and blocked. Breakdowns and breakups are possible as the planets stir our edginess and defensiveness. We’ve been letting go of old contracts in order to forge new ones that align more deeply.

We are now standing at a real crossroads. With Mercury preparing to station direct on Monday, and Mars in a double opposition, we’re in a birthing process. New life is imminent, but we’re caught in pain and uncertainty. In the background, major global shifts are unfolding, and it can feel hard to know where to direct our energy. Waiting and watching may grant us more clarity than forcing resolution or rushing ahead.

On Monday, Mercury stations direct, flooding us with insights, powerful conversations, and decisions. Stationing opposite Pluto, truths begin to emerge. This may feel overwhelming, especially as delays persist. Flexibility and steadiness are essential as we navigate changing terrain, calling on our mental and physical strength.

As Venus and Jupiter conjoin in Cancer on Tuesday, love and grace hold us through the intensity. Along with Aquarius’ influence, the planets are inviting us to soften, lean into our communities, and receive any love and nurturing available to us now. This lunation reminds us to reflect and think outside the box, applying intuition, imagination, and creative problem solving to any challenges at hand.

The Aquarius Full Moon calls for an intentional pause before acceleration resumes. We can relax into it, seeing this as an opportunity to tune into our higher truths and perceptions. Long-term trajectories and patterns are shifting. We may be surprised by unexpected possibilities that emerge from the heaviness of this moment.
