April 1, 2026 — In the midst of profound, revolutionary shifts, April calls us into bold action. As a long Pisces chapter closes, the fog lifts and the world comes into focus. Decisions feel more immediate, consequential, and real. Even as chaos and calamity remain, the next era is taking shape—like fresh shoots pushing through winter’s mulch.

A rare concentration of Aries planets rules the sky in April. Mars enters the sign of the Ram on April 9, followed by Mercury on April 14, joining Neptune, Saturn, and Chiron. By April 17, the Moon also enters Aries, and a massive seven-planet stellium forms—a striking, unmistakable emphasis. Life accelerates as our desires and momentum begin to unite. Yet somehow, this is not pure forward motion.

With Saturn and Neptune newly in Aries, we are navigating an uneasy blurring of illusion and reality, dreams and limitations. It’s time to sharpen our vision even as we expand it. What is possible, and what is not? What is real, and what delusions do we still need to release? We are now summoned into our power, and we must be willing to confront our fears and continue forward with bravery and confidence—the ultimate lesson of Aries.

Chiron has spent the past seven years in Aries, showing us where our inner masculine has felt fractured, rejected, or uncertain. The New Moon on April 17 forms conjunct Chiron, marking the final chapter of this journey. We are learning to heal our self-worth and align with more meaningful values.

Meanwhile, Uranus re-enters Gemini on April 25, fully igniting a seven-year transit after we had a glimpse last summer. The way we think, communicate, and orient to life itself is radically changing as technological innovations also promise to drastically alter our world. Now more than ever, we have to become our own leaders and shape the reality we wish to inhabit, understanding the power we hold if we are willing to wake up and face uncomfortable truths.

April is the completion of a crossing that has long been underway. We're now welcoming a new landscape and inhabiting our place within it. Whatever happens, by the end of the month we will be full steam ahead into a new story.

APRIL 2026 TRANSITS

LIBRA FULL MOON

On April 1, a Libra Full Moon forms in a T-square with Jupiter in Cancer, illuminating tensions between peace and opposing perspectives. Libra seeks balance, but Jupiter can amplify emotional certainty. We may feel convinced that we are right—yet the deeper invitation is to listen, soften, and find space and compassion for another perspective alongside our own.

MARS ENTERS ARIES

Mars returns to its home sign on April 9, igniting our urgency, courage, and fire. Its first encounter is with Neptune on April 13, where our desire merges with our dreams—and sometimes our illusions. What has felt possible may now come to fruition. However, when Mars meets Saturn on April 19, reality answers back. Whatever remains after this process may actually hold. Any obstacles that arrive are helping us refine our direction. This is particularly important as our momentum builds considerably.

MERCURY ENTERS ARIES

After a long and foggy period in Pisces, Mercury enters Aries on April 14, and clarity sharpens quickly. By April 19, Mercury joins Mars and Saturn in a rare triple conjunction at 7° Aries. Our thoughts are powerfully crystallizing. We may feel struck by a realization, decision, or truth that can no longer be ignored. What emerges now carries weight and demands action.

SUN CONJUNCT CHIRON

On April 16, the Sun meets Chiron in Aries, illuminating the deeper layers of identity and our most tender wounds and vulnerabilities. Here, we feel the places we have doubted ourselves, withheld ourselves, or believed we needed to be different to belong. And yet, nothing about us is outside the scope of acceptance. This healing requires us to allow ourselves to be exactly who we are, knowing that we are enough simply because we breathe.

ARIES NEW MOON

This New Moon on April 17 forms in conjunction with Chiron, marking a profound reset. The final seed of a seven-year cycle of self-reckoning is planted. We are beginning from who we truly are, softening the pressure of external expectation. The month ahead carries this tone of integration, honesty, and quiet, genuine courage.

SUN ENTERS TAURUS

The pace shifts as the Sun enters Taurus on April 19. After the intensity of Aries, Taurus offers grounding and stability. We are now dropping into our bodies after a period of loud action, leadership, and drive. The Bull invites us to slow down, build, and root ourselves in what is sensual and sustainable.

VENUS CONJUNCT URANUS
